レンジフードのファンが入っているケースです。
油が溜まっていますね。
このケースについた油汚れをクリーニングするだけなら別にケースを
本体から取り外す必要はないのですが、このケースの上部に
ダクトがありその間に下の写真のようなフラップがあります。
換気扇を作動さすと風圧で開き外部に油を含んだ空気を
排出します。
これが油汚れでベトついて開かないと換気扇が動いても
油を含んだ空気は外へ排出されないため、無意味になります。
お料理が終わってからも10分前後換気扇をまわしていても
キッチンまわりがすべてベトつく場合はこんなことも原因の
一つかもしれませんね。
